Minutes Haarlem meeting 10 Dec 07

On Monday 10th December 2007, the Haarlem Court hosted a - highly succesful - seminar for Dutch asylum judges to promote the profession exchange of knowledge and experiences of European judges in asylum and immigration law and particularly in relation to the implementation of the Qualifications Directive.
The European Chapter of the IARLJ provided speakers from Ireland, Poland, Slovenia and France.

9th October 2007

The  International Association of Refugee Law Judges has been in existence since 1997. Its objectives may be described as the encouragement of standardisation of practice, procedure and interpretation of refugee law and practice.  In 1999 the Association reached a Memorandum of Understanding with the UNHCR which has been of inestimable benefit to us in the Association.
