International Guidance Paper
The IARLJ international guidance paper and chart were launched /published at the conference . This guidance follows on from the IARLJ Credo paper and deals with decision making by judges on a “generic international” basis in the context of the Refugee Convention 1951 itself . This will be great assistance, particularly outside of the EU.
